Schedule for Friday, 18 October 2019
On 18 October 2019, His Excellency President Ram Nath Kovind of the Republic of India will be in Malacañan Palace as part of his state visit. Per recommendation of the Presidential Security Group, classes, work and other activities in SJCS are suspended starting 12:00 NN on the said date. For the ECD, morning and afternoon classes are suspended.
Dismissal of students, faculty and employees is as follows:
- 11:20 AM Grades 1 and 2
- 11:30 AM Grades 3 to 6
- 11:45 AM JHS, SHS, IBDP including faculty and office staff
- 12:00 NN Buses leave
- 2:00 PM General Services
The PSG also advises everyone that the portion of J. P. Laurel Street fronting the Palace as well as the Solano Gate will be closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic by 12:00 NN. Access to the Malacañan Complex will be via the Arlegui and J. P. Laurel Gates (near Max’s Restaurant).
