Age Requirement : (年齡限定)

        NURSERY (小班) : 3 years old by July 2025到 2025 年 7 月，滿3岁

        PRE-KINDERGARTEN (中班): 4 years old by July 2025到 2025 年 7 月，滿4岁

        KINDERGARTEN (大班) 5 years old by July 2025到 2025年 7 月，滿5岁

1. Are you strict with the age requirement?
你對年齡要求嚴格嗎？
Yes. The school follows the DepEd’s policy for cut-off age.
是的。學校遵循DepED的截止日期政策。
2. My child is turning 3 years old by November 2022. Can he enter Nursery even if he passed the oral assessments?
我的孩子到 2022年11月將滿 3歲。即使他通過了口頭評估，他也能進入苗圃嗎？
No. We are strict with the age requirement, even a day after our cut-off.
不。我們對年齡要求很嚴格，甚至在截止一天后。
3. Do you accept foreign nationals?
你們接受外國人嗎？
Yes, but there are additional requirements that has to be submitted. Please check the “additional requirements for foreign nationals” under the list of requirements.

4. Do you accept foreign nationals on tourist visa?

Yes, but he/she must apply for a study permit visa.

Yes, subject to the result of the child’s assessment.

6. Do you accept students who have no formal Chinese education prior to applying to SJCS?
你們接受非中國公民嗎？
Yes. However, Kindergarten applicants will need to pass the assessments for both Chinese and Basic Education Curriculum. A set of pointers for review will be provided by the Admissions officer prior to the assessment. Parents are advised to immediately inform the Admissions officer as soon as the applicant in ready to take his/her assessment.

Yes, as long as the family is willing to respect and abide the religious practices of the school.
